When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed within 3 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary depending on the destination. All orders ship from Vancouver, BC, Canada.
Typical delivery times:
- 3–5 business days for British Columbia and Calgary
- 5–9 business days for the rest of Canada
Where do you ship to?
At the moment, we ship within Canada only. We hope to expand to more countries in the future.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on orders over $49 CAD within Canada.
Orders below $49 CAD will have a standard shipping fee $9.99 applied at checkout.
What should I do if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Returns & Refunds
What Is Your Return Policy?
We only accept returns and issue refunds for items that arrive damaged during transit or have quality issues. If your order is damaged or has a defect, please contact us with photos, and we’ll assist you right away.
What if my ceramic item arrives damaged or imperfect?
If your item arrives broken or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will happily arrange a replacement or a refund.
Please note that small black dots, tiny pinholes, or slight glaze variations are natural characteristics of handmade ceramics and are not considered defects. These details are unavoidable and do not affect the safety or usability of the item.
How Long Does It Take to Process a Refund?
Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within 3-5 business days and returned to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.
